Also, i'm NOT pro ana, nor do I encourage anyone to starve themselves. However, what I do encourage, is that if someone isn't happy with their body, to change it, to do something about it. On todays menu…(Day 4 of ABC)

My allowance was 400 calories and here’s what I had:

1/2 cup Milk 2%-60 cals

Sausage-180 cals

Scrambled eggs made w/ 2% milk-160 cals

Total: 400 calories on the dot

Exercise:

stationary bike, 30 mins-214 cals

Net Intake: 186 calories

ps. it’s been friggin hard not weighing myself! But I know i’m losing because my stomach is flatter (: Dear March 15th, please friggin hurry so I can weigh myself!

I’m highly recommending a site to those of you who are or want to count calories (both intake and burned by exercise).

I’ve been using this site for a few months now, since my high weight of 180 and it has been mega help and a life saver! When you sign up, you put in your UGW, CW, etc, and how much you want to lose per week, you also get to choose your own intake amount for each day. It gives you trend charts for intake, nutrients, bmi, all that over time! It really is amazing. I don’t want to go into too much details cause i’d be here all day, but it really is fantastic and definitely worth checking out (:

Day 3 of 50 on the ABC.

My calorie allowance for today was 300 calories haha, and this is what I had today:

Grilled Cheese-220 cals (wheat bread-120cals, american cheese-60 cals, light I can’t believe its not butter-40 cals)

Caramel Corn rice cake-50 cals

Total: 270 calories

Exercise of course:

1 hour shoveling snow-355 cals

35 mins stationary bike-250 cals

Net intake: -335 calories (:

A Pound A Reason!

I’ve decided to compile a list of reasons why I want to be skinny, and for every one, i’ll lose a pound and cross one off the list. But i’m not going to make this list until I reach 150, that’s 4lbs to lose, and my next weigh in isn’t until March 15th, so I can’t make the list until then ): but i’ll be brain storming reasons until then, even though I can already think of a million! I think it’ll actually be good motivation, I can just look at the list and remind myself why I want this sooo bad haha. Hmmm, maybe others could make a “A Pound A Reason,” list and post them too (:

Oh, the Joy of Friends.

So, today one of my friends (an ana one) decided she wanted to start ABC as well, and even though i’m three days in, she pleaded and begged for me to start over again and do it with her. And, because i’m only on day three I decided I would. Had I been like 10 days in, I would have said no. But I guess it’ll be a lot better doing it with a friend cause we can talk about it and stuff, which is nice. Anyways, day three of ABC, soon to be day one again tomorrow, was 300 cals. Here’s what I had:

1/2 cup mac n’ cheese- 200cals

1/2 cup 2% milk- 60 cals

Total: 260 cals

I won’t be working out because i’m leaving my house in a little bit and i’ll be gone for the night.

Day 2 of ABC

Yupp, day two. Only 48 more days to go haha. Fortunately, I don’t have to waste my time counting up all my calories because I ate exactly what I had yesterday. Wooh. Joy for the variety. Haha, and tonight I’m going to do only half an hour on the bike because I have to go do something later, so a net intake of about 270 calories today. Oh, and I found a few little workouts, quick ones, only like 10 minutes, even a little boot camp thing you can on a site. Not going to lie, when i’m having one of those “lazy,” days, that I don’t really feel like working out I do a few of these videos. First Day of ABC….hoping I don’t fail this time! Haha

Today, as mentioned in the title was my first day of the ABC, had to be 500 cals or less, but you aim to get as close to the daily amount as possible. I had:

strawberry and kiwi parfait (370 cals)

 a caramel corn rice cake (50 cals)

sugar free, fat free orange popsicle (15 cals)

totaling about 435 cals

For exercise tonight I plan on doing:

stationary bike for 40 minutes (260 cals)

kickboxing for 10 minutes (110 cals)

jump roping for 10 minutes (110 cals)

burning a total of about 480 calories!

Yay haha, so net intake for today was actually around -45 cals. Also, I won’t be weighing myself everyday, because I’M ADDICTED TO THE SCALE! Not kidding, it’s really gotten out of hand, I have to weigh myself AT LEAST three times a day. Ususally a lot more though. So i’ve decided i’ll weigh myself in 10 days, so the next weigh in will be March 12. Hopefully I can go that long without weighing myself, i’ll probably start twitching and tweaking lol
