Actually, your BMI is perfectly normal so relax girly. If you’re really not happy with yourself though, make a change. It’s that easy, eat healthier, start working out, just be more active, anything, just something that’ll help improve the way you think about yourself.
Well first of all, I know nothing i’m going to say will stop you from doing what you want, but since you’re going to be fasting, be careful! If you start feeling like you’re going to faint or start getting dizzy, eat something! But as for curbing appetite, drink lots of water, tons and tons, cold water is the best, tea and coffee are great as well. Find distractions, things to do, go for a walk or something to get your mind off it.

Absolutely not, you’ve got a normal BMI and there’s certainly nothing fat and repulsive about that.
